1. General Terms

1.1 This Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions apply to all customers of GT Park Sdn Bhd (“GT Park”) who make reservations or purchases through our official online ticketing system.

1.2 By making a reservation or purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

1.3 GT Park reserves the full right and authority to make any decisions regarding refunds or cancellations in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Rates and Payments

2.1 All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

2.2 Rates are only valid for reservations made directly through GT Park’s official website or its approved sales channels.

2.3 All rates, promotions, and offers are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party.

2.4 GT Park reserves the right to amend rates without prior notice.

2.5 Payments for all reservations are processed via our online payment gateway.

3. Reservation Policy

3.1 Reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to the Event Date.

3.2 First-time reservations or customers not in GT Park’s database must submit their reservation request via email.

3.3 All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by GT Park.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.3 A No-Show occurs when a customer with a confirmed reservation fails to register at the reception. No-Shows will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.

5. Group or Tournament Bookings

5.1 Group or tournament bookings must be arranged through GT Park’s Event Sales Team.

5.2 Separate terms and conditions may apply for group or tournament reservations.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By proceeding with the online reservation and payment, customers acknowledge that:
- They have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
- All bookings are final, and GT Park Sdn Bhd is not obligated to issue any refunds under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in this policy.

1. The Participant grants the Company consent to take photographs or video recordings during the activities which may be used for marketing, promotional or educational purposes.

2. The Participant grants the Company consent to collect, process and disclose the personal data of the Participant pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") for the purposes of communication, performance, observance and/or enforcement of the provisions of this form and for purpose of record for the Activities and/or compliance with any provisions of the law or requirement of the appropriate authorities and disclosing of such personal data to such party including but not limited to any insurance company appointed or engaged by the Company from time to time at the Company's sole discretion. The Participant The Participant represents and warrants that all details and particulars provided herein are true and correct, and further confirms that they are up to date and accurate.

3. In consideration of permitting and granting access to partake in the Activities at the Participant's request by the Company, the Participant hereby waive, release, indemnify and discharge the Company, whether jointly or severally, from all actions, demand, claims and proceedings for damages, costs, expenses. and compensation (whether resulting from injury sustained, illness or death, damages of any kind suffered or loss of life by the Participant), however arising, including any antecedent or consequent event which may have been or may be sustained by the Participant or any other participant in any way out of or relating to or in connection with the Participant's participation of the Activities. The Participant voluntarily participates in the Activities and agrees to assume all risks and waive all legal rights against the Company.

4. 1/parent/guardian to the player(s), authorize the Company to use my or the player(s) photos, videos, name, comments, game result, etc. for promotional purpose or any purpose deemed suitable by you, without my/parent/guardian to the player(s) consent and free of any charges.

5. I hereby irrevocably consent to the Company to collect, process and disclose pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") the personal data of my/the player(s) for the purposes of communication, performance, observance and/or enforcement of the provisions of this form and for all the said Activities mentioned in this form and/or compliance with any provisions of the law or requirement of the appropriate authorities and disclosing of such personal data to such party including but not limited to any insurance company appointed or engaged by the Company from time to time at the Company's sole discretion. I/the player(s) further confirm that the personal data furnished to the Company is up to date and accurate.
